  I really appreciate the consideration, professionalism and quality of this seller. I ordered replacement keys for my mobility scooter. The keys that came did not fit my scooter. I emailed the seller, explained the situation. A message from Kraig came in the mail about a week or so later with another set of keys for my mobility scooter. The second set fit perfectly.   I requested a refund as this item was not received within the specified time. They promptly sent the refund. However, I did receive item soon after. I am not sure what the delay was as tracking was not available. I did contact them as to how to proceed but have not heard back.
