  To start, the item was listed as new in the box, and it was shipped without a box, resulting in the item being completely damaged and destroyed in transit. At first, communication with the seller was good. I provided photos and was told to discard the item and a refund would be issued. Upon several follow ups with no reply, the seller then responded, "Ebay refunds the money. I have more pressing issues in my life than $10." (It was $22+ with shipping).
