Red Yeast Rice really works

I have been using Beyond Red Yeast Rice for many years. It does work. It has a natural lovastatin in it without the side effects of statins. My cholesterol was around 230 when I first started using it. Now it hangs out around 170-180. My HDLs are 60 and my LDLs are a 103 when last taken. I am 71. Love the stuff. I recommend taking CoQ10 with it as it does deplete this in your body. As you age the ability of the body to synthesize CoQ10 decreases anyways. I take 400 mg.

Great book

Ryan does a great job at looking at both individual and a large picture of Operation Market Garden. I just finished reading September Hope on the American experience over there. I am still reading A Bridge too Far. Very enjoyable. It is a very easy read. We are taking a tour to Arnhem in June as part of larger tour and I wanted to read these books to get a better background on this operation. I was not disappointed.
