Very Erratic
This machine is actually fairly well built but is extremely difficult to set up. Signals can be very erratic and even when you do get it ground balanced and mark the setting all you do is move it and it goes all erratic again. Don't get me wrong, you will find metal with this thing but sensitivity and discrimination setting are purely lip service to the real thing. save your money and buy a decent bit of second hand kit.

This one work.
This was purchased to replace a One For All adjustable powered loop aerial which worked well but failed after years of good use. It is no longer made and not one of the current One For All aerials would pick anything up IN THE SAME POSITION!! Why on earth should that be. Progress should be forwards not backwards. I used to have an unpowered version of this new aerial which worked well with analogue TV so I decided to give this one a go. It is absolutely superb if a little awkwardly shaped. However the shape is no handicap to its operation, quite the reverse so who cares. The lead from aerial to TV is a little short but a short extension lead soon solved that. It works really well which is more than I can say for all these modern little plastic boxes that seem to be the trend.

The best there is for the job.
3 of 3 found this helpful This stuff is excellent for what it is designed to do. It can be expensive and there are cheaper substitutes but in this case stuff was such amazingly good value that it was a no-brainer to buy enough to last me two years and at 71 years of age maybe my lifetime lol!
