Isn't as handy as it looks.
While will fit on a standard picatinny rail, it will not fit on my Utilmak rail on my Ruger Mini 14 as the angled mount is too bulky and will not seat.

easy operation, great value
Pros: easy to mount and zero. You press and hold the illumination button to turn off instead of thinking you rotated the knob and leaving it on killing the battery like I do every time with my other illuminated scopes.
Cons: the only downside is when at 7x on my set up, an Ultimak scout rail on 580 series Ruger mini 14, I have to shift forward just a hair to keep the eye relief right; on all other settings it's fine.
