Perfect passive preamp

This little passive preamp sounds startlingly exciting. Handles 4 inputs and 1 output. As it's passive no power supply is needed and it does nothing to the signal except to allow volume attenuation. The only thing I miss is a second output to connect it to an amp and a headphone amp. Solidly built, minimalist design, quiet. Lacks the flexibility and remote control of my regular preamp, but it sounds remarkably more dynamic and life-like.

Great music reproduction, solid build at budget price

I've been trying out several earbuds for use primary with a Dodocool hi-rez music player. Some sounded good, others not. Some fit well and others didn't. The SoundMagic E11 fits int the sounds very good and fits Ok group. It is smooth and clear through through the mid and highs while I find it benefits from some bass boost. It fits OK in my ears with a mid sized tip, but it doesn't stay put. I can't imagine it would serve while exercising or doing other activity. The build quality is very nice, especially for the price: metal housing, flexible cord, 60o angled plug along with nice zippered carrying case. The E11 meets most of my needs, particularly in music reproduction. I might try some hooks to attach them more firmly to my head. A keeper for me and the best of the sub $100 earbuds I've tried.
