They work
1 of 1 found this helpful 3030, 357Mag, 556, 12g..,22lr. After a few hours of shooting not even a little ringing in my head. AND I left the addition plug out. Far better than the ep4 for the complete blocking but it does take some time to get it to squish right to get it in. If you want it to last make sure your hands are clean or at least put them in before handing bullets and mags. The ep4 was easier to get in but harder to get a good seal which leads to unprotected pops.

Not for active use
The ball and housing are solid stainless steel but the handle is a soft metal. On the first opening the handle bent and wouldn't recommend for daily or active use. It's more of something you would turn on or off once in a great while. I'm using it for a clothes off on a portion of a brew tank. It should only be open if I end up expanding the system.

Big pumpin' for less
1 of 1 found this helpful Filled the 5 gal bucket in 24 seconds at 100' of 1" plus a 220 run of 3/4!!! It used 1500 watts at 15amps for 10 minutes before the shaft would dry. The well couldn't keep up so we trodled to 45 sec to fill a 5. Hopefully it will open up more cause it's very silty but the pump pushes on. Even if it only lasted like 6 months, a pump that can run off a solar system for a hundred dollars is a great part to have as a spare.
