Comfortable, configurable
This mouse definitely helped my tendinitis issues - my elbow felt better right away. At first it gave me a sore wrist as well, but after a couple days that went away and it's very comfortable now.
It's also super configurable. I didn't know I needed forward and back buttons until I had them, or smart scroll speed, or horizontal scroll. Maybe I can work a double-click in there, too, but I think I'm out of buttons.
The one thing that could be a little better is less stiff buttons; I don't know if they soften over time. I have an Evoluent 2 that's perfect that way, though the 4 has more buttons and a handy pinky flange.

They're great! It's hard to find crew length toe socks. Wish they lasted a little longer, maybe a thicker version would be good?
