My husband and I at B&H Tropicals are collectors of mostly aroids and exotic plants that have massed a large collection that is growing almost like we are both obsessed. When we have extra to share they will be sold and shipped with all the love and care they were grown with. We offer a live plant guarantee with replacement which is something that most do not offer. You will be asked to pay the shipping, as we cannot control the weather, postal damage, delays or loss. If you live in a cold weather area and would like us to hold your plant before shipping, provide a heat pack or insulate please let us know. Expensive plants shipped in areas expecting freezing temperatures will be asked to upgrade to Priority Express shipping if you choose to not wait. As you unpack your plant take pictures or video and send them to us if you receive a dead or severely damaged plant. Depending on the expense of the plant and it’s state we may require it to be returned before a replacement is shipped out. Please understand that some damage can happen during shipping and depending on species. Please contact us and work with us to resolve any situation before you might leave a negative feedback. Plants are supposed to bring us an escape from stress not bring it into our lives. That’s why B&H Tropicals will make every effort to make purchasing a plant from us a pleasant one.
