  I contacted the seller when I got this item. I opened it and it was incredibly sharp and I could not use it. The seller said she noted all the cautionary items in the description but she did not. She said she could not refund me because I opened it. Live and learn. She offered a refund on the shipping. Not necessary.

  As stated in our communication, I did offer a full refund until you stated that you used some of the pieces (not just opened the package) thus making it unable to be resold. It states on the packaging that the pieces are sharp, and recommends using tweezers, which was also in the listing pictures. I am truly sorry that you were under the impression that this model was some other kind of model.
