Insist on better handling of the box, the seed blocks get damaged and they arrive in bad shape.

WhT'S BAD IS the method of delivery. You should attach a 'handle with care' sign on the box so they don't get bumped around so much and destroy the integrity of the seed block (the cellophane cover tears and seeds are all over the place).
