Great Beginner Instrument
4 of 4 found this helpful This is great for a novice just 'cutting their teeth' on mandolin. Requires minimal setup and feels well-balanced. Projects very well and is enjoyable to play. Replace the strings, as always for a mandolin in this price range, and set the intonation at the bridge. It is a low-cost instrument so don't expect it to rival instruments in a higher class, but it performs very well compared to others in its' class (better than some I have played). I own 5 mandolins and this one gets played a lot around the house and I also use it to teach new students the basics. Don't get me wrong, it is not just for beginners, but because of its' low cost it is great to use at the beginning if one is not sure they will 'take' to mandolin playing. As I said, I use it a LOT and I have been playing for over 20 years.

Excellent Holster for OWB Carry
I was quite surprised with the quality and finish of this holster. It is quite obvious that Jason takes pride in his work. The quality parts used in this holster rival the competition that costs much more. It is truly hard to believe that this level of craftsmanship is available at this price point.
Jason, you have a customer for life. Thank you for making a high-quality product available for the price that the common man can afford. Can hardly wait to receive the IWB holster that I ordered because I am assured that it, too, will be a finely crafted product.

Not For Me.
1 of 1 found this helpful The Super Fly seems to be a quality product. However, in this particular size it will require deep pockets to conceal your firearm. When pocketing my Kel-Tec P11 in this holster, the grip is somewhat exposed at the top of my pocket in my everyday attire. The holster does retain the weapon in a ready-to-draw position and prevents printing, as it should. It would do well in a deep pocket such as found on cargo pants, but does not work well with my jeans.
