  There is always a risk when buying a second-hand wind instrument on eBay that it will turn out to be in need of some repair work. On testing it I immediately realised that it was in need of a service, with the most serious problem being the top vent in the upper register did not fully close on pressing the G key, badly affecting the lower notes in the upper register. It cost me £95 to have the instrument serviced. Overall though I still think that makes it decent value for the amount I paid.
