  Order placed on June 5, 2025 for two (2) Kerastase hair oil products for total cost = $70.82. USPS tracking number created on June 6, 2025. But, USPS NEVER RECEIVED package from seller. Last tracking message is dated June 16, 2025 stating that "A delivery date will be provided when USPS receives the package." Buyer NEVER RECEIVED UPDATE or DELIVERY of products. BUYER REQUESTS REFUND OF $70.82. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

  The box was a bit damaged, and it had clearly been opened which doesn't sit well with me - but none of this is the sellers doing I'm sure. Seller kept me in the loop about postage and did so quickly
