  If I could rate it at a Zero I would. Box was in good shape, but it says it was new used. Completely false. Parts that were broken that were welded back on but not in the right position. Screws missing. After installation the heater made so much noise, I was afraid to use it. Opened up and a plastic piece came flying out at me and hit me in the face.

  I have tried multiple times to contact buyer to assist and resolve his problems. No reply. This item was brand new as shown in the photos. He says it has parts welded to it "in the wrong position", which tells me he has the wrong part for his application. It can be sent back for a full refund. Odd that it would be installed if it was damaged when received. Does not make sense. I have never had negative feedback in more than 20 years on ebay. Inexperienced buyer.
