Better than OTC motion sickness pills.
I used to always use OTC motion sickness pills for boating, amusement parks, and skiing, which all cause me motion sickness. I never liked the side affects of them, however. This gum works well for me without any side affects. I always keep this on hand for those activities.

Works well for sleeping
I've been using these for years because I'm a light sleeper. After about 3 or 4 weeks of nightly use they start to lose their stickiness. But they're the only ones that work for me.
