Great book! Great buy!
The book arrived in near-mint condition: binding intact, pages unmarked. The book's illustrations, all black and white---etchings or drawings, hard to tell which, but very clean and detailed--are compelling and very clearly illustrate the different kinds of symmetry, and their omnipresence in our natural world. The text is clear and concise. In today's world, where we often seem so pressed for time, this book satisfies one's need for information "in a nutshell," as well as one's predilection for visual images. Would be good for (aspiring) artists, or anyone wishing to enhance his/her/their appreciation and understanding of the wonder of our natural world. Plus, its compact size makes it an easy fit into pocketbook backpack or briefcase. Great book! Great buy!

A great in-vest-ment!
I wear vests often. I find that they can add that little extra layer for protection and warmth in various situations, such as a cool day; or a work environment, where a little protection is warranted; or travel, where extra pockets are useful. This vest is lightweight, but still effective for blocking the chill of autumn days, and has lots of pockets. The upper portion of the garment is somewhat fitted, like a bodice, and the lower portion flares out to accommodate one's hips. For me, this was just right. I'm 5'4' and weigh about 120, and the Small size fits perfectly. It's machine washable, and the fabric seems very forgiving. I purchased both the black and tan colors. Finally, I've worn garments made by the ExOfficio brand for several years, and I recommend it as delivering consistent excellent quality. These garments will last a long time, and their classic lines never go out of style. So, I recommend this garment as

Beautiful music that gets you going and keeps you on track
Even for those who have limited interest and experience with regard to classical music, I predict that this disc will definitely enhance focus and vitality, as its cover notes indicate. In my opinion, everyone needs Mozart, and many of his compositions appear here. Really. Nothing moves the soul or energizes the nervous system in the way music does, and the positive effectiveness of Mozart's music has been studied and proven again and again. Everything in us, all our cells and systems vibrate with particular frequencies and can be disrupted by negative moods and thoughts and illness and challenging conditions in the world around us. This disc can help you take some action to reverse the effects of all the dark clouds and bad vibes. I highly recommend giving it and others from Healing at the Speed of Sound a listen. Works for me. I trust it will work for you, too.
