Giving me the run around,ficticious person signing for the package at the post office.I honestly do not know to whom the blame should fall.I dont think I had the support I needed from the seller or UPS! it could be the shipper sending out late or it could be a dishonest person at the post office.The package was obvioulsy opened when I received it.
