  Buyer beware. Horrible packing job and she lied about the type of snail. I have bought multiple different snails on eBay and have never had such horrible packing. She had these listed as bladder snails and she sent me rams horns. The first package she sent was damaged by Usps and they were dead. She sent another package and all of the snails were dead. She refused to refund my money. So I tried to return them. Now she filed a complaint about me to eBay. If you buy from her good luck.

  Buyer beware?? More like Seller beware! This has got to be the worst buyer i have ever had the displeasure of dealing with here on Ebay! Not only did she lie to me about her package being destroyed is shipping she can't even keep her facts straight! If I sent her the wrong kind of snail why didn't she say so right away? I sent her what she ordered, TWICE! The second time at my expense and instead of being grateful she demands her money back on top of the double order! Abusive buyer! AVOID!
