Bought and two lights dont work

I bought a set of red lights from them. They worked perfectly. So I purchased another set of blue lights from them. And after I hook them up to the light bars don't work. Should I contacted seller and all they will offer me is a tiny refund. Now I'm stuck with a car with two lights that don't work and I can't even replace those two lights that don't work because they won't break a set up. Why not why would you not stand behind your product and make the customer happy.
