I had gotten an e-mail from them informing me that the chain I'd ordered had somehow gotten damaged and they were going to refund what I'd paid. Then a few days later, my chain arrived in perfect condition! It was great knowing that the seller was prepared to do the right thing, though in the end I got what I'd ordered.

Normally shipping is 0 - 2.5 stars and packaging is 0 - 2.5 stars. Packaged carefully. Would consider buying from again.
