I bought this heater because I live on the Canadian border and it gets cold. I was excited when I got the msg from Fedex that it had been delivered. I went out to get it and it was no where to be found. I msg the seller to tell them that Fedex said they delivered it but I didn't get it. They immediately said they were checking into it. The next day I asked for a up date and was told I was getting a refund. This seller is great do not hesitate to buy from them. Thank you for prompt service.

Reel is advertised as new unopened, when I received the reel there was no manual, oil, or even protective plastic, just a reel. I messaged seller (who did offer a return) and informed them the box had been opened and things removed, they didn’t take responsibility and inferred it must’ve been fedex that opened it, which was definitely not the case. The box also looked as if it had been used before.

Simply not true and terrible behavior unfortunately! Worst buyer we have dealt with in our entire selling career since 2016. They falsely assume/claim that we didn't send a new item while refusing to take our offer for a free and brand new replacement! Completely illogical!
