Greatest people to work with.
I WANT TO THANK THIS COMPANY. The first one I got did not work right and they were very helpful and sent me a new one in just a couple days. I would buy from them again. They are great to work with and make sure you are a happy customer. Great and fun product.

Inconsistent product
I have been using this product for over three years with mixed product consistency. Sometimes they are very very hard and other times they are a reasonable firmness that I can break apart easily. Sometimes they pretty much stink, I mean that literally. The smell can be awful. Other times there is either no apparent smell or there might be a slightly favorable smell. Recently they had a sale on bags that had the Yucca, a main ingredient for swelling and pain, left out.
