Majority Parkside
I've owned several DAB radio both large and personal and I have to say the Parkside is the best yet. The sound quality blew me away, it's so easy to setup and setting the preset stations was a breeze. On previous radio I've found setting up preset channels frustrating as after setting the first station it would not allow me to set anymore. I use dab radio all day most days and I got 11hrs playback on the Parkside. I also wanted MP3 playback WU had on a previous radio but not available on most products on the market today. I will purchase another to keep as a spare. That's how happy I am with your product. Thanks

Sony XDR-M1 FM/DAB Radio
2 of 2 found this helpful I had owned one of these radios before and the sound quality is great,easy to use and small enough to fit into a shirt pocket. The first one I owned, the jog wheel button froze and I couldn't change stations or switch from DAB to FM.
I never got the original headphone with either radio so I don't know if the quality is any better( I listen through Sennheiser PX100)and mainly listen to talk radio as I prefer listening to music on my Mp3 player.ifI have any complaints about this product it would be the poor battery life in DAB mode. It's about 5 hours continuous listening even with high capacity rechargeable batteries. Also reception on the move can be patchy and you can lose it all together on buses and in some large buildings. when the first radio developed a fault I considered swithing to a different make, but when this one became available on Ebay, I though I give it another go if the price was right.overall I'm very please I stuck with the Sony and will mtry to find a pair of original headphones and for a large DAB radio for my home.

Archos 43 vision
1 of 1 found this helpful I was not sure about this product at first. I have an Archos 30gb but with 3.5hrs battery life for video. This is similar to the ipod touch, has 8gb but 6hrs battery life and charges fairly quickly through USB. Picture quality is superb, touch screen easy to use, and you only have to drag and drop files to play them, no messing around with itunes. It also feels like a quality product with the metal back. The one fault(if you could call it a fault) is no case/stand,so you have to hold it all the time. There is a leather case available from Archos which I hope doubles as a stand.Overall I'm very happy with this item, I was considering 120gb Archos with WiFi and internet, but as I use my netbook for that, it seemed excessive.
