Nice boot but......

This is a very nice comfortable boot. They are light and will do the job well. BUT, whoever designed the lace system must have been put to the task of finding the worse lace system ever. It is ridiculously difficult to lace up the upper portion of the boot. It literally requires a separate implement to pry the rings for laces open further and then to feed the lace through the ring. If and when a lace breaks I would rather buy a new pair than spend the time that would be required to put a new lace in. For that reason I do not recommend these boots and would not buy them again.
