The plate is made high quality, the plastic is supple has just the right amount of flex to mold to the handlebars.
The Velcro is in the right place for handlebar attachment and it comes with 2 wire ties that are perfect for attaching the plate by the grip ends of the plate. The plate has 3 sets of holes for this as well. The plate will fit many different bars.

Flashtastic Fading Blinkerific Controller
The unit is small and has 8 cycles or programs. Changing the program is simple and is done by moving a 3 pole DIP switch up or down. The blinking, fading and flashing turns my house into a Christmas Wonderland. The unit is not UL listed.I was cautiously optimistic using it the first few days and it does not get hot. I have it going sometimes 24 hours at a clip. I am using it indoors w LED lights c7 bulbs. The 8 programs are not listed on the unit. They are on the packaging. Don't throw away the card it is packaged in. I took a picture of it and have it on my phone.
