Raises the alarm and fascinates
This book is clearly and well written. It provides interesting history on mass extinctions and great anecdotes and information about the human-caused environmental changes sweeping the globe, typically told from a scientific perspective.

Blew my mind.
Blew my mind. One of the best albums of the year. A big departure for him. Several songs very moving such as Carissa. I Love My Dad very fun.

Essential but faulty
If you drive a car that takes this cable, you probably have no choice but to use it if you want to control your iPhone with the car's audio controls. But they don't seem to last long, so buy two. After awhile the start to have crackling sounds.
