  Great product at an ok price. I was charged for shipping, cost was high. USPS lost the package and when I contacted this seller for help they failed to respond. I am leaving neutral feedback as the seller ignored all my requests for help. It wasn't until I filed have not received my item through eBay that the package mysteriously got delivered in a few days. It arrived in an open amazon prime box, but fortunately the coffee maker box inside was still sealed and undamaged. Decide for yourself!
