With great suspense I flipped the switch and the light came on. Next , started turning the dial, the 1/2 hp DC motor began to hum then slowly began to turn. Elation came over me as I had gotten everything wired correctly.. It is a good thing that there are three options of speed using the three step-down pulley on the lathe, but better that there is control of speed from zero to motor rating of 1750 rpms on each of those positions of the belt. This is a good addition to the tools in my shop. Thank you

Spot On Fail

I used Spot On as directed on my 14 lb Rat Terrier female and the next day it seemed to be acting like Viagra as there were several pairs of fleas breeding on her back. They were stuck to her two fleas back to back right out in the open where she had been shorn last month. Our fleas may have built up immunity since I have used every thing that I can think for trying to get rid of them.
