A bad =but mostly good. I would recommend this for just slicing onions but it does do more. Just not as much as the designers hoped.

An improvement over the smaller model due to the adjustable slice thickness. Tha accessory blades leave a lot to be desired. Haven't had one do what it's supposed to yet but I'll keep trying. Doesn't cut or grate cheese worth a darn.

Great vacuum sealer.

Have used Food Saver for years. This product is easier to operate and does a better job of sealing. I like the 'softer' vacuum setting for softer foods. It seals perfectly every time. Not had to re-do any of the jobs I have done with this machine like I did with the other. It is not small, Does take up counter space. With the built in bag roll cutter it's wider but I don't need to make space for a seperate cutter.
