Great little carburetor
I bought one of these for my Toro snowblower a while back and waited till now to put it on. My Toro was getting hard to start last year but I struggled thru the winter anyway. This was probably because of the ethanol used in most gas formulations now. I put off installing it till the fall. I just installed it and it’s a direct fit for the factory carb that came on the unit. Went on easily and all connections matched up perfectly with the old carb. I also put in a new spark plug and changed the oil. A few primer pumps and a couple pulls on the recoil rope and it started right up. My snowblower now sound and runs better than it has in some time thanks to this little gem of a carburetor. Highly recommended for you do it yourselfers with mechanical knowledge of small engines. Glad I finally installed it and I’m now ready for winter weather.

To SRT or not to SRT
I have a 2014 Chrysler 300 SRT and it doesn't come with an SRT badge on the front grill like the Chargers and Challengers do. I think this is part of the understated look for the Chrysler performance package. Anyway I decided I needed a front emblem and bought this one. It was a little tough to install but I managed to get it in the grill and it looks great. Being metal it should hold up well for a long time and it looks great on the car. I'm a Mopar guy thru and thru and wanted to let people know what I'm driving from the front also besides the SRT emblem on the trunk lid. I'd recommend this for you Chrysler guys out there that want to show off your 300 SRT.

Worth the effort
1 of 1 found this helpful I saw this on eBay and had to have it. Just makes sense to maximize the cold air intake to the engine. It funnels the cooler air outside the engine compartment up into the air box in a smooth transition. The outlet port on the top fits inside your air box intake for continuous air flow without possible buffeting at the connection point. Be ready for some work though. This mounts from the underside of your car by pulling the skid plate and air baffle loose as well as part of the wheel well to install it. You’ll also need a long 6mm screw to attach it to the sheet metal panel from underneath the car. It took me a couple of hours to install and I have a lot of tools at my disposal including a floor jack and jack stands. These should have been standard on the SRT versions which I have and were apparently options on some vehicles. It does pull air from next to the fender sideways and not from the air inlet in the facia as I thought originally probably to keep trash out of the direct line of air intake. Anyway, it’s on my car now and not coming back off.
