No Numbness
Stock straight mountain bike grip cause my hand to go numb after about an hour and half. These foam grips are perfect. They took away the numbness to a manageable level. The bump in the middle is what made all the difference. It spreads the load on the palm of your hand. These are hard foam grips. The hardness seems to be just right to spread the load on your palm. They feel more durable than generic foam grips.
An alternative is Ergon grips, but they are more expensive, heavier, and don't seem to work any better. Specialized neutralizer grip also has a bump in the middle, but those are hard rubber, and don't seem to prevent numbness. They are also currently out of stock.

Could Have Been Great
The shape of this Well seat is similar to Selle Dynamic and Drakon that I also have. They are banana shaped that fits the body contour. Dynamic is stiff, Drakon is softer and this Wells is the most soft. The cushion was great, and the seat was comfortable. Unfortunately, the construction was very cheap. Is almost as if Selle made it cheap so you would upgrade to one of their better seats. The main problem was the plastic covering that has a seam on the side of the saddle. You cannot see it in the picture because of the angle, and they made the picture blurry. The seam is about 1/4" below the word "WELL" on the side. Each time your thigh goes up and down, it rubs on that seam. The seam is the sharp pinch type. You can clearly see it on the back edge of the seat. Guess what happens when your leg rubs a hundred times on a sharp plastic seam. Not very good :(
Other than that, Seele SMP seats are great. I ride 70 miles regularly with street shorts, and the seat just disappear below you. The best seats are the ones you never have to think about. Dynamic was the best because is rigid, so you don't move around and cause chaffing. Drakon was too soft for me. It cause chaffing when you move around. This WELL is even softer, but maybe because of the slick plastic covering, there was no chaffing.
