Some Relief
1 of 1 found this helpful I have had bulging discs in my neck for years and have also gone to physical therapy for years. Traction is one of many things that they have done. I have bought every neck gadget in the book--some work, some don't. My physical therapist told me to stick in the range of 15-25 and we never go over two minutes. I believe the traction machine goes up to 50. I've only had this product for a couple weeks but it seems to work just fine.
