Low quality Plate Carrier

The item is poorly constructed, and the description is inadequate. The product description advises the carrier can hold up to 11”x14” Medium ESAPI plates, but does not indicate the maximum weight. ESAPI rated plates can range from 5lbs to 10lbs. Using a 10lb plate, the plate carrier started tearing at the seams within an hour of usage. Overall an extreemly disappointing customer experience.
