A smooth and mindful workout that will relax your mind as it tones your body
1 of 1 found this helpful The instructions were straightforward, and it took me about an hour to build at a leisurely pace in the evening, though I likely could've built it in a half an hour if I had gotten to it earlier. The item is beautiful and resembles high end furniture or piece of art more than fitness equipment. It is also very sturdy, feels solid, and nothing rattles or wobbles when in use. I filled up the water in the tank to the level it was calibrated, and found that it creates quite a bit of resistance and is a good workout. One aspect I was not anticipating was just how soothing the sound of the water can be when rowing. If you are looking to get a workout, and to also feel very calm, this product is perfect. This rowing machine is everything I thought it would be, and more.
