Stellar image quality with fuzzy auto focus speed.
1 of 1 found this helpful This lens is extremely sharp and built like a tank. A real gem from Tokina, but its auto focus will disappoint you. Auto focus is noisy and inaccurate; however, for macro work, you'll mostly need a tripod and manual focus by hand to get an object precisely focused. Not a deal breaker in auto focusing, but a bit annoying. Overall, for the low price, it is a must have lens for anyone who is serious about mavrophptohraphy. Highly recommeded!
