  The item arrived very well wrapped and packaged and just as described. The seller would not respond to my messages and seemed to ignored them. This cost me a lot on shipping because they forced me to to use Ebay's international shipping in place of mailing to my APO, American address.

  No one forced you to ship anything. You could have canceled the auction at the time that you realized shipping would be above your budget. Sorry that you spent a lot of money, but I did not offer to ship overseas to an APO.
