"Refurbished"

I don't really know what they meant by refurbished. When i recieved my product, the keyboard had keys that were not working, i took it to a repair shop, where they confirmed that it would need a replacement keyboard, which is not cheap for a laptop. Also that the usb ports were not even plugged in on the side.
