  The item was described as new but for the condition of the box and a little stain on the pencil itself it looks like this was a returned item and it was resold as new, The item description would have been better if it was described as open box or used, shipping time was slow from the moment the shipping label was creating until USPS had the package, leaving a positive review because the pen works as expected and it looks and feels like new

  Seller lifted pictures of an item in great condition from another listing and put them in his listing as his own. These were not stock pictures, but pictures of an actual item in someone's home. I found the actual eBay listing from which the pictures were copied. Of course, the item I received was battered, torn and crumpled instead. Shipping was late. Zero Seller communications. I have been waiting days for a return shipping label. eBay will no doubt have to step in to provide it.

  What a con job. Item was not as described. Seller said it came with a charger and the charger I got doesn’t even charge the thing. Seller said the buttons work fine but many of them have wiggle room and don’t catch on impact. I can’t even charge the device to see if it works. Seller stated that the game was only missing its sticker but it has damage all over it, some of which could affect its ability to function. The thing is filthy. No tracking number was given, when I messaged, I got silence.
