PIR Lanterns

These are actually obsolete and I bought them to replace an identical pair that were weathered more than 10 years old and had failed PIRs. The PIR units are specific to this type of lantern and can't be obtained separately. This pair were new old stock so pretty much a straight swap and are a nicer looking lantern than others available. So all good and I managed to negotiate a good price for them as well.

Good value pattern part that fits other models than those listed

This part replaces the OEM item and will restore functionality to your tumble dryer if the heater or thermostats are bad. There are slight differences in the construction but the only caveat I would highlight in terms of fitment is that the loom with black/red wires is slightly shorter than the original and was a bit of a stretch requiring a cable tie to stop it catching the drive belt for the motor. Secondly this is a generic part and will fit tumble dryers other than the limited ones listed. LM Electrical swore blind that this item is nit compatible with my Hotpoint TVF760P but the connectors and wiring/colour coding is identical so I bought the item regardless and hey presto it worked! Subject to a bit of care (these elements are very delicate) and basic safety provisions it’s not rocket science to install either saving a fortune on buying a new machine or hiring professional help.
