OEM Honda Taillight

Installation went without a "hitch--not so with removal. Removal require user modification!
2 of 2 found this helpful In order to make the removal tool work, we had to add a 1/4 inch thick X 2 inch diameter spacer under the top nut and washer. This "welded ring" cost us $2.30 at ACE Hardware and without it the removal tool would not retract the old cups/sleeves. Without it, the nut and large washer bottomed out and locked up on the tap before removal even began!
The installation tool worked fine as designed..
