Incomplete shipment???
Received the product without instruction manual. Read in other reviews that it also came with one extra battery.
Just learned how to operate on my own.

Not an instant fix
It's been about 2 weeks since I used this product. The gnats did not disappear overnight. I still see a few everyday moving on top of the white stones which I spray with soapy water to kill them. Although I noticed the flying gnats have decreased. In time, perhaps they will be gone.

Not a Premium Glass
The price I paid was good. The quality of the glass - NO.
If the phone is off, with a black background, I see a lot of tiny dots or speckles all over.
Hard to notice once the phone is being used.
