New to pressure canning in New Zealand

Glad to have this unit arrive in New Zealand. Pressure Canning is not the norm here. Kettle method or overflow preserving is more widely used than even waterbath canning. But the jump to having a stash of canned soups & stews (without the risk of botulism) is now very needed with the covid bug causing supermarket havoc No one likes experiencing the new normal empty shelves. Fridge kept fruit keeps crisp for longer

Love It.... keeps fresh fruit in good condition & I also use it for vacuum sealing small jars with screw top lids Great invention wish these units were available in my country
