  The item arrived on time & in good condition. Item looks nice, better than pictured. Disappointments: 1-Description doesn't mention size of picture. It is 2X3. 2-Picture insert includes a white paper backing specifying picture size and a clear laminate sheet to insert with picture. Both were in bad shape & the clear laminate was wrinkled. Both the white backing & clear laminate were cut unevenly, as if cut by a kindergartener. Looked sloppy and unprofessional. No attention to detail.

  OK. I like the item in general. Price is good. Decent enough to do the job as far as the way it's built. However, it's not perfectly flat on the bottom. Therefore, every time I stand it up (like I'm supposed to) it falls forward. The maker of this product needs to fix that or add adjustable legs or something. Same with the photo. It slides right out with nothing to hold it in. Need to add something to keep it in.
