Like New Control Board
Our oven had intermittent touchpad performance that affected both the upper and the lower oven at different times. the defective board gave a code of F7 - according to a troubleshooting guide that I found. Is that this was the touchpad that was defective.
This replacement touchpad control panel came carefully wrapped without damage. The control panel was clean and scratch free - it looks like brand new. Installation was simple and it is performing well. This item represented a good value to me, a new oven is about $2,000 (on sale) and this board was under $150 including shipping. The acquisition and use of this board is also very environmentally friendly, saving our existing oven means we can continue to use the oven and do not have to dispose of a 300-pound oven and get a new one - Sorry GE, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, Ikea and Bosch - maybe I'll need you again in 20 years.
