  Ordered an item from this seller that was way past due to be delivered. I reached out to them and they dismissed my request to help me track down the missing item.and saying it was just deleted from the Holidays. Ordered in mid November and still no sign of the item on 12/8. I wound up having to go through ebay as the seller was not willing to help at all.
