  The add was somewhat deceiving. It showed pictures of parts that were not included in the sale, but wasn't mentioned. I would have rated this negative, but the seller was good enough to let me know prior to shipping so I could cancel.

  The correct part number was listed; the picture was of that part but did have another part still attached to it. This is the insides of a major appliance. Some parts are attached to other parts and not easily separated. That is why, prior to shipping, I reached out to the buyer to confirm what part they were expecting. There was no "deceiving" involved here. When it was clear he was expecting the other part, I immediately offered a full refund. Some people cannot be pleased. Hotty Toddy!
