    Superb selection of stamps in perfect condition, exactly as described. Excellent packaging and commemorative stamps used to pay postage. Very quick delivery considering it was competing with all of the Christmas post. Unfortunately the IOSS prepayment of VAT was not recognized by Austrian customs so I was charged again on delivery. It appears the electronic notification of the IOSS number may have been unsuccessful, in spite of the number being clearly visible. Even with this, excellent value!
