This seller promptly refunded the difference (original listing price charged minus the offer price). Shipping was reasonable. The figurine was very securely wrapped for a safe shipment.     Actual shipping cost was $13.00 and some change yet I was charged $25.00. The glass item wasn’t packed as good as it should have been, although it arrived unbroken, which was a blessing. It could have easily been broken if the package was mishandled. Communication was great.
