  Communication with the seller was great, until I received the product and realised that it wasn’t as described. I ordered a makeup product which was listed as “new without box”, however when it arrived the outside of the product showed visible scratches and marks and the product itself had been used. It was not new as described, and the seller has not responded to my messages

  Dear Uberjuicy27, I deeply apologize for the misunderstanding. eBay's options limited me to new or new without box. It was an oversight not to mention the product's light use as I was listing multiple items at one time. The photos, although taken to accurately represent the product, unintentionally diffused the appearance of the scratch on the top. Please know that I value transparency and customer satisfaction above all else. I deeply regret any confusion caused,there was no intent to mislead.
